An underwhelming and underutilized office park was transformed into a vibrant, creative workspace and community. The existing tilt-up concrete walls are offset by pops of color and contemporary furnishings, breathing new life into this industrial setting. Following this intervention, an all-but-abandoned courtyard is transformed into a social hub for the community, from day to night.
